Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002, primarily engaged in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, completing strategic financing in 2013. Jingfeng Pharmaceutical is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Jiuzhoutong Pharmaceutical Group, focusing on pharmaceutical industrial production and professional incubators in the health industry. Its main business includes the research and development of generic drugs and industrial production covering solid dosage forms, liquid dosage forms, external preparations, raw material drug synthesis, food additives, and CMO processing. Currently, it has over 300 approved drug numbers and more than 150 listed and upcoming products. The total investment for the project is 100 million yuan, with the establishment of Shandong Jingjiuxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Yao Shuo Shi Hua (Zibo) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. Currently, three pharmaceutical production companies under Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Group (located in Shandong Zibo Boshan District, Beijing Fengtai District, and Hebei Tangshan) are jointly funding the construction. They are in the process of obtaining GSP drug warehouse certification. The project relies on the Boshan Science and Technology Innovation Corridor to establish a pharmaceutical service enterprise platform, providing enterprise-level B2B information management solutions and a full-system promotion service industry chain for pharmaceutical health products, with an expected increase in operating income of 300 million yuan. Joint ventures, cooperation, and equity investment are also considered.
