As the world ages, the incidence of diseases such as chronic illnesses and cancer is on the rise, driving growth in the demand for biomedicine. The program for piecemeal development has been approved, and matters related to land acquisition and agricultural conversion are being initiated. The project site is located north of Nan'an Highway and west of Valley Ridge Road (to be upgraded and expanded plot), with a total land area of about 500 acres. It is proposed to build an industrial park covering a number of aspects, aiming to create a biomedical industrial park industrial park integrating R&D, production, incubation, services and other functions. After the completion of the project, it is expected that the annual main turnover revenue of more than 800 million yuan, can be annual tax revenue of about 65 million yuan or more.
