The project covers an area of 241 acres, with an above-ground construction area of 241,000 square meters. The construction includes 5 standard workshops, 2 research workshops, 1 dormitory (built with cafeteria), 4 warehouses, 1 equipment room, 1 overhead garage, 1 sewage treatment station, as well as the basement and relevant supporting ancillary facilities. The Innovation Demonstration Base project has attracted Beichen Pharmaceuticals, Lupin Catering, Kuangda Biologicals and other enterprises to move in, optimizing the allocation of resources to a certain extent.
