The project is committed to creating a product composite, one-stop production and research platform, open public service support, park-like R&D environment, and a high-standard, high starting point research park. At present, 8 factory buildings of about 153,700 square meters are available. The park is equipped with sewage treatment station, canteen, commercial support, underground parking lot and other supporting facilities. The parking facilities are complete and can quickly undertake projects to move in. Covering an area of about 107 acres, the total construction area is about 234,000 square meters. The main construction content contains 7 R&D buildings, 1 expert building, 1 canteen, 2 commercial supporting facilities, 1 sewage treatment station, as well as the basement and related supporting ancillary facilities, totaling 11 monolithic buildings. It is committed to creating a product composite, a one-stop production and research platform, and an open public service package. It will attract more advanced technical equipment and management personnel to move in and provide more than 500 jobs. It will enhance the value of the Chinese medicine industry chain, optimize the spatial layout of the industry chain, further expand the scope of industrial radiation by strengthening the "3+N" innovation and R&D pattern, and play the functions and roles of scientific and technological innovation, talent gathering, entrepreneurial incubation and industrial leadership.
